Second release candidate for Diem 5.1.0

Thanks to the amazing community, Diem 5.1 is moving quickly to its stable release!
The support of Doctrine inheritance has been greetly improved.
The translator team made a huge work on Spanish and Brazillian translations (and we already have a nice update of Russian translation for the next release :).
Admin interface got some love with performance improvements and a better visit chart. On the front, the menu widget now features advanced options (secure and nofollow links), and usability was improved.
Documentation is also very active thanks to new contributions on GitHub. The Diem Mail feature is now fully documented, a nice tutorial helps you contribute with GitHub, different ways to access to the service container are documented and many typos were fixed.
And as always, many issues were reported in GitHub issue tracker, then quickly fixed!

Review what changed since Diem 5.1.0-RC1.

Upgrade

Diem 5.1.0-RC2 is fully compatible with Diem 5.1.0-RC1.
Upgrade is safe, and recommended.
